Received email confirmation that my order would be delivered on Tuesday 1st December. Waited in all day and no delivery. Waited in all day Wednesday and no delivery. Rebooked another delivery for today Fri 4th December, waited in all day and guess what? No delivery. Now trying to get my money back. Wish me luck
The olive tree arrived speedily and was in damaged in transit but The tree itself was very disappointing. It looked like an old tree that had been cut back to a tiny ball at the top of a long stem. I bought it as a present and was embarrassed to give it. It was totally overpriced and I won’t be ordering from you again

The service from Gardeners Dream was completely professional and the product arrived quicker than expected. I was kept up to date on the progress of the delivery and I would be happy to buy from Gardners Dream again.

Package arrived in good time. The weed block membrane was not as heavy as another brand with the same weight rating and the weave was heavier. There is a really good green fine weave membrane available. This is not it.

The cherry trees provided were atrocious it beggars belief that a company could employ someone who could pack plants in that state, two were dead I am still waiting for replacements for those gardeners dream or gardeners nightmare I really am not sure
Ordered 5 strawberries which were delivered quickly. 4 have survived planting out.
I ordered 5 of a different type when it came into stock-( was not informed as requested but saw when checking planting instructions.) I actually received 8 which are all looking fine so far.
I ordered 2 Roses. When my order arrived, one of the roses that had been sent was the wrong one. Having said that, I received an almost instant reply to my email reporting the problem and received a very apologetic email with the promise that the correct rose would be despatched immediately. I received the correct rose a few days later as promised. Mistakes happen and the customer service I received was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Tree arrived in a very bad state. Very dry and when the box was opened a load of leaves had fallen off. Wouldn't use them again
